Screener Ban: The Court Date

Tomorrow morning US District Chief Judge Michael Mukasey has granted an emergency hearing at the request of the IFP/LA, IFP/New York and the Coalition of Filmmakers for a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent the MPAA from enforcing the screener ban.

This is the first step in a (potentially) long legal process
